Potatoes 🥔 with rosemary is an incredibly easy recipe to make on board your yacht, here’s what you need:⠀ ⠀
- 1.5 lbs/0.5 kg any type of potato⠀
- 1 tbsp/ 15ml extra virgin olive oil ⠀
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced ⠀
- 1 tsp/ 5g dried rosemary (or your favourite herb)
- 1/2 tsp/ 2.5g sea salt
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Wash and cut them into small, even-sized cubes or pieces. Place the potatoes in a large bowl and add the extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary and sea salt. Toss the potatoes until they are evenly coated. Spread the potatoes out over a baking sheet so that they are in a single layer. Roast for 40-50 minutes, stirring halfway. Serve with a handful of fresh rosemary sprinkled over top, if desired. Dobar tek! 🍴
